How do I request data deletion or export?

For Ondex-controlled app data, open Settings -> Privacy in the app or email [email protected].

Public blockchain records, including XRP Ledger transactions, Ondex Names, and public on-chain social content, cannot be deleted by Ondex.

Support can help with app-controlled support, push, analytics, and app-profile records where deletion or export is technically available.
