Get help with Ondex

For wallet-scoped help, open Ondex and go to Settings -> Support. The in-app support screen can authenticate your wallet without asking for a recovery phrase or private key.

Data deletion requests

To request deletion or export of Ondex-controlled data, open Ondex and go to Settings -> Privacy, or email [email protected]. Public blockchain records, including XRP Ledger transactions, Ondex Names, and public on-chain social content, are immutable and cannot be deleted by Ondex. Support can handle app-controlled support, push, analytics, and app-profile records.

Before you contact us

Never send your recovery phrase, private key, PIN, or backup password. Ondex support will never ask for them.
