Who handles ramp KYC and payment methods?

Ondex integrates ramp providers, but provider availability, payment methods, KYC checks, fees, refunds, and regional restrictions can vary.

For wallet-scoped ramp history, use in-app support. For provider account or payment issues, the provider may also need to assist directly.

Never send card details, government ID files, or provider credentials through normal email unless the provider's official support flow asks for them.
