What should I do before changing devices?

Before moving devices, confirm you can access your recovery phrase or the backup method you configured in Ondex.

Do not delete the app from your old device until you have verified the new device can restore the wallet you expect.

Ondex cannot recover a self-custodial wallet if the user loses every copy of the wallet secret.
