Why does a link open the website instead of the app?
App Links can fall back to the browser when the app is missing or OS verification is stale.
If Ondex is not installed, universal links open the website fallback. Install or update Ondex, then try again.
On Android, App Links can depend on Play verification state. On iOS, Universal Links can be affected by system caching.
If the app is installed and links still do not open it, use in-app support and include the exact URL you tapped.
