From an Ondex conversation, you can prepare an XRP, issued-token or MPT payment to the person in that chat. The Send flow locks the recipient identity and checks applicable trust-line, authorization, freeze, limit or transfer rules before signing. The payment itself is a public XRPL transaction. Private message content remains encrypted.
