Smart routing means Ondex does not assume the most obvious path is the only path. The quote layer compares funded order-book liquidity, AMM estimates and XRPL pathfinding for the selected pair. The chosen exchange executes as one atomic ledger transaction, while you review the route, output, fee and slippage before signing.

Bring an existing XRPL account into Ondex using a recovery phrase, family seed, Xaman Secret Numbers or a private key. Tangem users can import and sign with the card through NFC. You can also keep multiple wallets and create encrypted cloud or file backups. Always verify the account address and backup before moving value.

Self-custody means Ondex does not hold the secret that controls your wallet. Keys are generated or imported on your device, encrypted locally and used for client-side signing. Ondex servers do not receive your seed or private key. Keep a verified backup: support cannot reconstruct lost recovery material or reverse a signed XRPL transaction.

Ondex integrates active XRPL capabilities including AMMs, XLS-20 NFTs, XLS-70 credentials, XLS-80 permissioned domains, XLS-81 permissioned DEX flows, MPTokensV1, token escrow and validated Price Oracle data used as a bounded fallback. Capability checks also live in the transaction service and signing path, so a hidden button is never the only safety gate.

A new xrpld release can include amendment code without making that capability active on XRPL Mainnet. Ondex checks required amendments against the connected ledger at runtime, caches the result briefly and fails closed when the status is inactive or unknown. We do not treat a proposal, Devnet activation or release candidate as proof that a user-facing Mainnet flow is available.

Ondex Support does not need your recovery phrase, family seed, Secret Numbers or private key. Use the wallet-authenticated support inbox inside the app and share only what is needed to investigate, such as the screen, app version, public transaction hash, request ID or error message. Anyone asking for wallet secrets is not helping you.
